Dance Discovery Days

Dance Discovery Days bring free, welcoming dance experiences directly to children in the programs and communities they already know. Led by an experienced adult dance instructor and supported by our student Dance Ambassadors, each session gives young children the opportunity to move to music, learn beginner-friendly steps, express themselves, and discover how much fun dancing together can be.

There is no experience required and no pressure to perform—just a safe, encouraging space where children can be active, make new friends, build confidence, and try something new. Through Dance Discovery Days, A Chance to Dance hopes to open the door for children who may never have imagined themselves in a dance class and give each of them a moment to move, smile, connect, and shine.
